Today, Twin Vee released its operational highlights and financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025, showing revenue growth and margin expansion, and a major new acquisition.
Notably, Twin Vee’s revenues increased by 9.9% to $4.8 million compared to the same period last year, while gross margin improved by 910 basis points to 13.8%. A key highlight was the acquisition of the legendary Bahama Boat Works, a move that diversifies the company’s portfolio with a line of premier offshore fishing vessels. The quarter also saw the reintroduction of the popular 22’ BayCat and the addition of 10 new dealer locations, further solidifying Twin Vee's market presence.
"We are pleased to report another quarter of revenue growth and over 900 basis points of margin expansion in the second quarter," said Twin Vee CEO and President Joseph Visconti. The team continues to execute on a number of fronts, including new dealer expansion, cost improvement initiatives, and the integration of the newly acquired Bahama Boat Works. With the unfortunate passing of Bahama's founder Scott Henley, the Company is more determined than ever to embrace his legacy of superb fit and finish as a blueprint to enhance all the models in Twin Vee and Bahama's lineup.

This week, our Owner Spotlight is on Peter and Mariane Pavelic from Monroe County! An active couple who live in the Florida Keys, the Pavelics love spending their free time boating, fishing, and diving.
After raising their children in southeast Florida, the Pavelics moved to the Keys and quickly embraced the lifestyle. They initially had a difficult time finding a comparable replacement to the family catamaran boat they had for 17 years, until they discovered Twin Vee. Peter and Mariane saw a 24-foot Twin Vee boat at a local marina and wanted to learn more.
| | |
Their new boat, a 2026 280 GFX2 with Yamaha outboards, has been a game-changer for them. They say it offers twice the performance and a much better ride than their previous boat. “We are absolutely thrilled about the choice we made,” Peter and Mariane shared. “This is the ideal choice for a small family.”
The couple named their new 280 GFX2 IslaMoré. "Amore in Italian means love. The name is essentially Island Love. Perfect since we are in Islamorada," explained Peter. The Pavelics use their Twin Vee for everything from diving to offshore fishing with their son, who is an avid angler. They say the boat offers all the conveniences they need, from easy water access to exceptional comfort, allowing them to relax and talk easily.

When asked about a memorable experience on their Twin Vee, the Pavelics shared that every time they have family and friends on the boat, it’s a memorable one. They love diving for lobster and reeling in fish that feed them all week, and they enjoy showing off their new boat at the sandbar when it’s not too crowded.
“Our Twin Vee really gives people the opportunity to be a part of the ocean. It offers full access to the water and enhances your experience above and below the waterline in every conceivable way,” Peter said.
We want to thank the Pavelics for sharing their Twin Vee story with us. Here’s to even more great times on the water!
