Island Synagogue's NEW APP

We have a new Island Synagogue App available in google play store and the Apple App Store! If you currently have the app on your phone I cannot guarantee how much longer it will work properly, we no longer will get support for the old versions.

Below you will find the steps to convert to the new app (if you never had the app skip to step 2) or if you would rather watch a video to guide you through the process, click the link below for a video walkthrough of Mobile Member App

View the video

1.Uninstall the Old Mobile Member App

IPhone Instructions:

  1. Touch and hold the app on the Home Screen
  2. Tap Remove App
  3. Tap Delete App
  4. Tap Delete to confirm.

Android Instructions

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap the Profile icon in the top right
  3. Tap Manage apps and devices
  4. Select the app you want to uninstall

2.Download the Mobile Member App v2.0

1. On a smart device navigate to the App Store or to Google Play

2. Search for ShulCloud Member App

3. Select Install

4. After the installation is done select open.

Sign In to the Mobile Member App

Once the Mobile Member App is installed, a screen to enter an email address and password is displayed. The option to enable Face ID or Touch ID for iPhones depending on the version, is available as well as a button to log in and a forgot password link.

The email address and password to be used are the same as the login credentials used for the web version of ShulCloud.

When you sign in to the app you will be asked for the 2nd factor 6 digit code that will be emailed to you.

Please contact Keith if you have any questions.
