New +/- 352,000 SF Industrial Development Breaks Ground in Isle of Wight County
W.M. Jordan Development, Colliers, and Isle of Wight County Economic Development are proud to announce the beginning of construction for a new Class A industrial building in Isle of Wight County. Located at 12375 William A. Gwaltney Way in Shirley T. Holland Intermodal Park, 460 Commerce Center will provide +/- 352,000 square feet of light industrial manufacturing / warehouse space.
W.M. Jordan Development designed the concrete tilt-wall building with features in demand by cargo owners, third-party logistics firms, and Port of Virginia customers. The building’s 36’ clear height and cross-dock design set the development apart in the Hampton Roads market. The speculative building will deliver with eighty (80) dock doors and two (2) drive-in doors installed. Scheduled completion date is third quarter 2025.
Marketing and leasing efforts for the project will be handled by Lang Williams, SIOR, H. Ashton Williamson, MAI, SIOR, and Ben Anderson of Colliers. For more information and to schedule a tour, please visit https://bit.ly/494NXIc.
