Issaquah City Council / IPD Community Meeting to Be Hosted at Blakely Hall
Join us for a special Issaquah City Council meeting at Blakely Hall on Wednesday, June 15, from 6-8 p.m. Mayor Mary Lou Pauley and interim Issaquah Police Chief Paula Schwan will join the City Council will to give the community the opportunity to ask questions and provide input on the topics of public safety, emergency management, development and infrastructure projects.

Questions may be submitted in advance to lindsey.p@ihcouncil.org or written on a card and submitted at the event. All are welcome.

Join the HY Board in Helping Local Babies and Toddlers

The Issaquah Highlands Youth Advisory Board (HY Board) is racing their horse HYperion in the Eastside Baby Corner (EBC) Diaper Derby to help local babies and toddlers in need. Let's get HYperion across the finish line first in the Diaper Derby by donating online or by dropping off a package of diapers at Blakely Hall. Be sure to choose the Issaquah Highlands Youth Advisory Board if you donate online so their horse earns points. The horses are in the stretch run, so hurry and donate before the finish line, which is June 10.
 
Take Opportunities to Impact the Community With the IHCA

Vote now in the IHCA Board Elections to fill seats for Districts 2, 4 and 6. Voting closes on June 17 at 5 p.m.
 
 
A volunteer position is open on the Issaquah Highlands Community Association (IHCA) Finance Committee. Read more about the Finance Committee’s role and download an application. Email applications to info@ihcommunity.org for consideration.

Adopt a Little Free Library

There are only five Little Free Libraries remaining available for adoption: Dahlia Park, Daphne Park, Harrison Park, Vista Park and the Enclave. Act quickly to join this fun and valuable year-long program.
