Grazing Goats Return for 17th Year!

The beloved neighborhood goats of Healing Hooves LLC have returned for their 17th year in Issaquah Highlands! The goats arrived at the Magnolia open space today. After about 10 days, the herd will move to South Pond through the end of July. Please be aware of the rules for visiting the goats. Let's take care of these guests so we can keep the tradition alive for years to come!

2023 Community Survey Results: Annual Survey Records High Turnout


The results are in from our annual community survey! We recorded a higher turnout than ever before with 578 respondents. Results show that top issues and concerns for residents include neighborhood crime/safety, traffic and pedestrian safety, property values and land development. 2023 IHCA Annual Community Management Report


IHCA recently wrapped up another successful year maintaining and improving our community assets! A few achievements include landscaping enhancements, lighting upgrades, irrigation repairs and more.
