Homecoming Dance

Saturday, September 20, 2025

The annual Homecoming Dance, sponsored by Student Council, is scheduled for Saturday, September 20, from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Students from all grade levels attend the dance, with or without dates. The dress is "semiformal," which means acceptable attire is considered a dress, dress pants, or coat and tie and no jeans.

*Additional Homecoming Information*

With the arrival of Fall, we eagerly anticipate our annual Homecoming Weekend on Friday, September 19, and Saturday, September 20. Activities scheduled for the weekend include:

·        Homecoming Football Game vs. Penncrest on Friday, September 19 at 7:00 pm.

·        Homecoming Dance on Saturday, September 21 from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm at CHS.

·        Students should arrive by 6:30pm and will be allowed to leave as early as 8:15pm.

Administrators visited homerooms this week to discuss appropriate decorum and expectations with the students. We encourage you to consider the following suggestions to ensure a successful homecoming weekend. Communicate clear expectations to your child. Help your child make the right choices by giving a clear, uncompromising message that discourage drinking alcohol and the use of drugs. With your support in our efforts to provide a positive, safe environment, we are confident that our students will have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Finally, a helpful hint for parents: Please label your students' items (such as blue blazers!) so they can be easily found at the end of the evening. Unfortunately, blazers, phones, and shoes have been lost in the past. Conestoga cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

PSAT Testing

October 8, 2025

Conestoga will have a modified schedule on Wednesday, October 8th to administer the Preliminary Scholastic Aptitude Test (PSAT) and PSAT 8/9. The test will be administered for the first half of the day and students will be dismissed following testing. Bus service will be provided midday. Students who are not participating in PSAT testing will NOT report to school on Wednesday, October 8th since there will be no regularly scheduled classes. However, to support the programming needs of the students participating in the Life Skills classrooms, a half-day program will be available for your child. Please note that alternate programming will be provided if your child attends that day since regular classes are not in session. Please see additional information below:

  • Morning transportation run at the regular schedule time.
  • Lunch will NOT be provided on Wednesday, October 8th. If your child needs a snack or lunch, please plan and pack for them.
  • Transportation will be provided midday at approximately 11:45am.

We ask you to please communicate with your child’s case manager if your child will be attending the half-day programming on Wednesday, October 8th so we are prepared to welcome your child.

Conestoga 2025-2026 Online Directory

The Conestoga Directory is now available online! To access the directory, you must register, sign-in and confirm your contact information at https://conestogahs.membershiptoolkit.com. Even if you had access last year, you still must log in and register for the 2025-2026 Directory. You will also need to complete a ‘purchase’ of $0 to access the directory, as this ensures that only our community can access this information.

The CHS Directory is ‘opt-out’, so your information is included in the directory unless you indicate that you don’t want it to be. You should log in with your email address and confirm your Family Information. Once you’ve done that, you will choose Directory and Publish Preferences, where you can determine what information you’d like others to see and what you don’t want shared. If you don’t take this action, your information will appear in the directory.

Information in the CHS Directory is safe and secure and will not be shared or sold to third parties by the School District or by Membership Toolkit. Each person using the Directory must agree to a Privacy Statement.

Fall 2025 Athletic Update

The fall season is “up and running” and we have all teams practicing and playing games. The field expansion is moving along and we are excited to announce that we are opening one of the new turf fields on Wednesday, September 24th at 3:30pm. A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held with fall captains, the field hockey team, Administration and the T/E School Board of Directors. A big thank you to all those who helped make this happen! The winter season begins on 11/17 and we will start accepting PIAA paperwork in early October. Reminder that if you can’t make a game, please visit our HUDL channel at Conestoga High School | High School Sports | Home | Hudl .

Go 'Stoga!

Senior Portraits

Members of the class of 2026 should schedule their senior portraits with Cady Studios. Cady will hold limited sessions at Conestoga on September 20 and September 27, but they have many available appointments at their studio that might better fit busy schedules. The sessions vary in price, but, as always, you will have the choice of a free yearbook-only option. Their weekend schedules fill up fast, so book early to secure your spot! They will open appointments for sessions after the completion of the current session. For example, August will open after June fills up. Visit cady.com/schedule to book now 📸 More information about booking your session can be found in the Senior Portrait Booking Flyer.
