Welcome to issue No. 32 of The Collaborative Field Notes.
Hello Collaborative Members!
Quick story. I grew up fishing on lakes, but I really never had the patience to be a good fisherperson!
Last week I went fishing with my older brother and nephew - both are avid fishermen who love to catch largemouth bass. We had an informal contest going on to see who could catch the most fish. I lost and I hate losing to my big brother!
That evening I was sulking on the porch and my brother said, "Heidi, do you know why I caught more bass than you? It's because you were casting to where you saw the fish in the water rather than where the fish were going."
An entrepreneurial lesson for us all!
