September 30, 2021 Update to COVID-19 FAQs: Symptoms, Attendance, Testing

The T/E School District Pandemic Team has updated the COVID-19 Response Frequently Asked Questions to include additional clarification and guidance on symptoms, student antigen testing protocol and school attendance. The full FAQs are available in the COVID-19 Resources section of the TESD website at www.tesd.net/COVID2122. It is important to note that these FAQs are general in nature, and the District encourages families to reach out to their school nurse with specific questions and situations. Please click here to view updated information and resources.

TESD continues to abide by the requirement to conduct contact tracing and report positive COVID-19 cases to the Chester County Health Department (CCHD). The guidance and resources available to the District continue to evolve.

The goal of this message is to provide responses for common scenarios being presented to our school nurses and the Pandemic Team.

If you still have questions after reviewing this information, please contact your child’s school nurse or the District COVID-19 feedback inbox at [email protected].

Please join us for Less College Admission Stress!

October 21 at 6:30, CHS Auditorium

All grades welcome

College admission stress has a huge impact on the emotional and physical well-being of Conestoga students. In recent years, significant evidence has accumulated that shows this stress to be grounded in false assumptions. Join us for an evening with Steve Becker, a retired Conestoga school counselor who has pulled this evidence together and added some of his own in order to put together a program that will have you rethinking how to view college admissions. Stress reduction guaranteed!

  • DROP OFF – Parents may drop off in the front of the building using two lanes. The bus circle is available beginning at 7:40AM as an additional drop-off location.
  • PICK UP - Parents may pick up in the front of the building using two lanes. The bus circle is available at 3:00PM for parents to pick up students.

  • Please be respectful of our neighbors. The Timothy School should not be used as a drop-off/pick-up location.

  • Discuss pedestrian safety with your kids (use crosswalks/sidewalks, look both ways, don't "walk and text," etc).
