Register for AP Exams – October 31^st deadline

Registration for the 2026 AP exam administration is now open. Students enrolled in Advanced Placement (AP) courses may choose to take the AP exam associated with their course to receive possible college credit. Students are not required to take the test to receive credit for the course. To register for AP Exams, students must complete their registration and make payment in Total Registration by October 31, 2025. 

Students must follow the steps below to register for a 2026 AP Exam.

1. Log in or create an account with Total Registration. This is where you will register and pay for the AP exams you intend to take.
2. Make payment by October 31^st to avoid a $40 late fee/exam.
3. Once payment has been finalized, students should log into MyAP.CollegeBoard.org to verify they are taking the exam (change undecided to “yes”).

• Students must register for exams online by October 31, 2025.
• Any order received after October 31, 2025 will incur a $40 late fee/exam.
• The exam fees are $103/exam.
• Encourage your student to check the “CHS Advanced Placement” Schoology group for announcements and important information regarding the AP exam administration throughout the year.

National Honor Society

National Honor Society membership is based on a student’s outstanding performance in the areas of scholarship, service, leadership and character. Eligible students were invited to apply to NHS in the fall of 11^th or 12^th grade in mid-September. Criteria to apply are a minimum cumulative weighted GPA of a 4.70 or an unweighted cumulative GPA of a 4.0 and completion of at least 2 year-long honors or AP courses at the time of application, active participation in the CHS community, demonstrated leadership and strong character. NHS members are expected to participate in monthly meetings, maintain the GPA (with at least one honors year-long course annually), leadership, and character while participating in at least 20 hours of approved community service.

The NHS application was shared with eligible students through the Prospective NHS Applicants Group in Schoology on September 22, 2025. The application were due September 31, 2025.

Selected members will be inducted into the National Honor Society at 6 PM on November 5^th in the Auditorium.

College Admissions Evening

Attention Juniors and Parents, save the date! Please join us for College Admissions Evening on Thursday, November 6^th at 7pm in Conestoga’s auditorium. Learn the ins and outs of college admissions from college admissions representatives. During this session, we will discuss the college search, finding the right fit, funding a college education, and more. We look forward to seeing everyone there!

The health and safety of your child is our top priority. To ensure we have up‑to‑date health and emergency information, if you haven't completed the form please log into your PowerSchool Parent Account and complete the required Emergency / Medical / Health forms for the new school year. If you do not have access to your Power School Account please contact the familyhelpdesk@tesd.net.

Here are general steps to follow:

1. Log in to your PowerSchool Parent Account (not your child’s account).
2. Click on Forms (in the menu).
3. Go to the Health Forms 
4. Complete each required form — including the emergency medical form with contact/health history, permissions, etc.
5. Submit the form (make sure to click “Submit”).
6. 

Thank you for completing this as soon as possible — having accurate emergency medical info is critical for your child’s well‑being at school.



TE Mental Health Specialists Launch Community Assistance Resource

An important role of TESD Mental Health Specialists is helping families connect with community resources during times of need. To support this effort, our Mental Health Team has created an online Community Assistance Request Form for TESD families experiencing hardship.

If you or your children are at risk of losing housing, facing food insecurity, dealing with utility shut-offs, or navigating a life event that has significantly impacted your family’s finances, community support may be available.

You are not alone. According to Feeding America, the percentage of Chester County residents experiencing food insecurity rose from 6.3% in 2019 to 9.2% in 2023, representing approximately 50,000 individuals. Locally, results from the Pennsylvania Youth Survey (PAYS) show that the percentage of T/E 12th graders who reported skipping a meal due to food insecurity increased from 1.6% in 2019 to 6.1% in 2023.

Class Parent Organizations & Class Meetings

Each grade level at Conestoga has a Class Parent Organization which meets each month virtually. The meetings are led by the Class Parent Chairs and include updates from Dr. Meisinger, the Assistant Principals, and Counselors. Information provided at the meetings also includes school activities and events, community announcements and parent volunteer opportunities. Meeting dates, meeting links, and Parent Chair contact information can be found from the Parent Chair emails and on the CAPCO website.

Fall 2025 Athletic Update

Traffic Safety Reminders

In agreement with the township, the New Lower North Parking Lot is not to be used as a Drop Off in the morning or a Pick-Up in the afternoons. We ask our parents to please plan accordingly when dropping off and picking up your child.

• DROP OFF – Parents may drop off in the front of the building using two lanes. The bus circle is available beginning at 7:40AM as an additional drop-off location.
• PICK UP - Parents may pick up in the front of the building using two lanes. The bus circle is available at 3:00PM for parents to pick up students.
• Please DO NOT use the Main Lot for drop-off and pick-up as it creates more congestion for our student drivers.
• Drive slowly and carefully on school drop off areas and nearby roads.
• Obey all traffic flow patterns and rules of the road DO NOT MAKE ILLEGAL U-TURNS
• Please be respectful of our neighbors. DO NOT use driveways as a turn around.
• The Timothy School should not be used as a drop-off/pick-up location.
• When dropping off and picking up students, please pull all the way up allowing traffic to flow.
• Discuss pedestrian safety with your kids (use crosswalks/sidewalks, look both ways, don't "walk and text," etc).
