Parent Conference Day

December 1, 2025

As the midway point in the first semester approaches, Conestoga faculty members and administrators are aware that you may wish to discuss your child’s progress to date. Because communication with parents is a key factor in student success, we invite you to be part of the 2025 Parent Conference Day on Monday, December 1, 2025. This year's November parent conference day will be held in-person, with the option to request a meeting via Microsoft Teams or phone if you prefer. The conference scheduling link, as well as your unique username and password for the scheduling system, can be found on the PowerSchool Parent Portal (https://powerschool.tesd.net/public) > Student Information Tab, just below the transportation information. Instructions for accessing the scheduling system can be found here. You will need a PowerSchool account to retrieve your conference scheduling credentials. Please test your login to PowerSchool prior to the scheduling window opening. If you wish to meet virtually, please type "Virtual" in the comment field on the screen that is available after you schedule your conference. Your child's teacher will email you a meeting link prior to the conference. Parents who do not have internet access or who are unable to schedule online will still have the option of scheduling by phone by contacting 610-240-1069.

Teachers will be available on that day for fifteen-minute appointments between 12:00 and 3:55 PM and 5:20 PM and 7:35 PM. In addition, teachers will be available for unscheduled “drop in” sessions between 2:20-2:35 PM and 6:20-6:35 PM. Since the day will be devoted to parents meeting with teachers, students will not attend school on Monday, December 1, 2025.

In addition to scheduling conferences, PowerSchool's Parent Portal allows parents to view attendance, transportation, and demographic information for their child. While PowerSchool will remain open throughout the school year, online conference scheduling for the November conferences will only be available from Wednesday, November 12 (10:00 AM) through Monday, November 17 (11:55 PM). Please limit requests to three teachers. If you are unable to schedule a conference with a particular teacher, we encourage you to reach out directly to teachers via email to discuss your student’s progress. Use of electronic devices to video or audio record parent conferences is prohibited per School Board Policy 1341.

After the scheduling window closes on November 17, please call 610-240-1069 to see if there are available conference times for the teacher that you prefer to meet with or if you would like to make any changes. Should you need PowerSchool support, please email FamilyHelpDesk@tesd.net.

On Parent Conference Day, plan to:

  • Arrive a few minutes early (in person and virtual); appointments will be very tightly scheduled.
  • Enter the building through the main lobby. You will receive a map and room assignments.
  • Observe the fifteen-minute timeframe. Others will expect to meet at their scheduled times.

We look forward to your participation in the 2025 Fall Parent Conference Day and appreciate your cooperation in making this a successful event. Thank you for supporting Conestoga High School.

CHS Faculty, Staff & Retirees Holiday Dessert

It is a Conestoga tradition for the senior class families to throw the CHS Faculty, Staff & Retiree Holiday Dessert. This year the event is on Friday, December 12th. We are looking for volunteers to set up, clean up and bake desserts for the event. We will have a cart at the entrance of school to make it an easy delivery for baked goods and donations.

This is a special event for current faculty and staff to catch up with their former colleagues! We appreciate your help in making this event memorable for our amazing faculty and staff. Below is the link for the sign-up genius.
