Purple Passion Smoothie

2 cups shredded Red Cabbage

½ cored Fuji Apple

½ cup Blueberries

½ Banana

¼ peeled and seeded Lime

1 inch peeled/grated Ginger

1 cup of water

Optional: 1 scoop vegan, soy or whey protein powder and/or 1 scoop lecithin granules

Blend in a high powered blender and Enjoy!
