Fiona has shown great leadership and work ethic over the season this year. Her dedication and positive attitude towards her teammates helped lead us to a State Championship this year at the 16U A level.
Her Coach can always count on her to do her job to the best of her ability on and off the ice. Hockey will take this young lady far in life, and we're all excited to see where she goes in the future.

Youth Volunteer Award
***Jordan Barrowcliff***
Jordan has been a dependable and selfless volunteer Coach..Jordan always brings a positive attitude to the ice in helping our newest skaters learn the basic skills and an enthusiasm for skating that will carry them forward in years ahead. She has been volunteering with the Microbell program for the last 2 years and has become an integral part of our coaching team.
As her confidence and maturity have grown, she has taken on more responsibility in practice. She executes any given task with enthusiasm and understands her role of supporting not only the skaters, but the head coach. Her encouraging manner make young skaters feel at ease. As we know, coaching 4-6 year olds, requires a lot of flexibility. At any moment Jordan can be asked to fix a helmet, find a parent, provide emotional support to a 4 year old who has a fear of sharks during “sharks and minnows”. With only a few words of instructions, Jordan knows how to help and what needs to be done.
The program is extremely lucky to have her and so is HHA. We hope she continues to be involved in Microbells for years to come.
CONGRATULATIONS!
