The NYS Senate Defeated Passage of the Reproductive Health Act (RHA) Hostile Amendment!
Every Republican Senator (except for Senator Croci, still on leave) and One Democrat Senator, Simcha Felder voted NO to the RHA hostile amendment.
But there is still a chance Abortion Expansion Advocates will push for passage of the RHA before the NYS legislative session ends, June 20th.
It is imperative we keep the pressure ON!
