Sometimes it's the smallest things that make a huge difference. For years it has made me crazy when I visit an apartment community and see a sign that reads "We'll be back in 15 minutes" I wonder 15 minutes from when? Does anyone know? Or when I see those tired old, scratched-up generic "Be Back" signs that are worn out until the hands always fall down to 6:30 every-time. It made me so crazy that I created these cards! You simply draw the time on the clock face and write it in the blank at the bottom to give visitors both a visual and a textual cue of when you'll be back to serve them. The message reads: "We'll Be Right Back! We've stepped out to show an apartment to our next new resident, but we're looking forward to helping you when we return at _____!"
I use these "Sleep On It" Cards because they work!
Not every resident will buy on the first visit, but this postcard can stop you from losing those leases!
