Due to the continuing government shutdown, SNAP benefits may not be replenished. Montgomery Food Pantry is preparing to support those who are affected in our community. A coordinated food distribution event will be offered at Otto Kaufman Community Center on Friday, Nov. 21. Prior to this event, our pantry will be open by appointment. Please reach out to (609) 466-1054.
To help support those in need, we are asking residents to step forward and make a difference, whether with their time, donation or both. There are collection bins at Montgomery Municipal Center and Otto Kaufman Community Center, as well as temporary ones at Princeton Fitness & Wellness and Kasia Market. (List of non-perishable items needed.) All donations will be given to Montgomery residents only. We also need volunteers to help collect and organize Monday through Friday (Pantry Volunteer Form).
