The beauty of Ayurveda is that so much of what is already in our daily lives can serve as medicine, if we know how and when to use it.
Having practiced Ayurveda for many years, I can tell you that there is a sweet and effortless rhythm that nature is ready to offer us, in each moment. To be aware of it opens up a treat for the senses from the colors of the spices, to the textures of the veggies, the aroma of herbal oils and the layers of taste that can serve as energizing, soothing or nostalgic!
If you're the slightest bit curious about exploring holistic wellness, cooking with new spices or adding seasonal-specific self care to your routine, I invite you to join me this Fall!
As we prepare to shift away from Summer, this is a great opportunity to revise our daily routines and food habits. Summer is considered a very drying and depleting season due to the intense sun, the prologed fatigue that we experience, as well the irregularity of our schedules.
Ayurveda advises a rejuvenation during this transition, to stabilize our minds and bodies as we face internal and external fluctuations - and in the long run support immunity for the upcoming Winter season.
Our Guided Fall Rejuvenation will give you insight into your unique body type. You will learn about the core principles of Ayurveda,
ways to improve sleep quality & gain access to a calmer
and more balanced mind with recommended daily routines.
We meet weekly. Some classes are held in-person (& livestreamed) and some via Livetream Only. Recordings will be available if you can't attend live. Each class will include meditation/breath work, an activity aligned with the theme for the week and a demo/ tutorial on seasonal self care. This includes Ayurvedic self-massage, an intro to spices, a cooking class,
sleep rituals and more.
Are you ready to learn how to integrate simple wellness practices in your
day-to-day routines? Are you ready to feel better, stronger and healthier?
Join me for my Guided Fall Rejuvenation!
