This class is a machine embroidery class. Choose your own embroidery designs (approximately 5 inches square). Embroider the designs onto fabric, cut the fabric using the pattern template, and sew them together to construct a stunning embroidered Christmas tree skirt. The pattern and template will be emailed to class attendees upon class registration.

This Confident beginner quilting class using the "Off Track" Pattern will help students learn new cutting and piecing techniques and guide students in fabric selection. "Off Track" is a Jelly Roll or Quarter yard friendly pattern that can be made in Throw, Twin or King/Queen sizes. This class would be perfect to create a playful project in your favorite colors for a fun addition to your home decor. In the first class students will select their Jelly Rolls (or yardage) and background fabric and begin cutting and sewing your blocks. Students will receive a discount on materials valid the 1st day of class.

Triangle Table Runner

This class will provide instruction for creating a winding road table runner. This is a Cut Loose Press pattern. The pattern uses 20 different colored triangles, but it can be made shorter (as in the store samples). Stay for the accompanying finishing class following this class and complete the table runner using straight-lined quilting, free-motion quilting, or rulerwork. (Separate registration required)

Each of the creative pillows from the book Bench Pillows for All Seasons by Chris Malone is designed to reflect what makes each month special—from shamrocks in March to stars and stripes in July to scarecrows and sunflowers in October—there's a little bit of whimsy to spruce up your decorating throughout the year. Each pillow cover is made to fit a 38" x 16" pillow form, making it perfect for a bench or a bed! This class includes a mix of piecing and fusible applique and all designs are suitable for both beginners and more experienced quilters.

Kids camp 2023 is designed for Tweens to Teens who have some sewing machine experience. We will be making projects to decorate the students' rooms. An applique pillow, cell phone holder, two baskets, a personalized pin cushion and more if time allows! Techniques taught will include two types of applique, including tracing designs, using a rotary cutter and rulers, trimming charm packs, inserting a zipper, attaching buttons on a machine and much more!
