The Port Angeles waterfront comes alive this weekend as thousands of people from all over the world come to celebrate the food, culture, and beauty of the Olympic Peninsula.
Don't miss this annual celebration with our new expanded hours in the
Kitsap Bank Crab Central Tent: Friday 4-9pm,Saturday 11am-9pm, Sunday 11am-9pm. And at the Columbia Bank Gateway Center we focus on amazing cooking demonstrations, plus more food and a wine/beer garden.
On Saturday at 11am Graham Kerr, the "Galloping Gourmet" returns for the Festival Opening Ceremonies. Then from 2:30-4pm Graham will cook his own healthy crab cakes, and talk about his philosophy of food. His most recent book will be for sale and autographing, so bring all your favorite old Graham Kerr cookbooks as well. On Sunday, Graham will be at the new Captain Joseph House Chowder Cook-Off located in the transit lanes next to the Gateway Center. Cooks will entice you with tastes-for-sale and there will be a winner announced by Graham Kerr himself! Graham will also be speaking and signing books around 2pm at the conclusion of the cook-off.
And on the First Federal City Pier, there is just so much more! - The Grab-A-Crab Derby for the entire family, more than 60 vendors, sponsors, and nonprofit environmental organizations, more food, espresso, the Beach Volleyball Tournament, 5k Fun Run, even rowing races on Saturday and Sunday at 11am.
The Festival just gets bigger and better with space for everyone, and lots of tables and chairs.
Rain? Never-but if it does, this party becomes even more fun!! Most of the festival is under cover.
