Alright, Luna Blue Lovelies...It's Time!!!
We have waited patiently and the time is finally here to reopen the studio. The governor stated this evening that NC will be moving to phase two on Friday, May 22nd at 5pm.

For salons this means that we can operate at 50% emergency capacity. Our salon is well within that boundary as we already see only one client at a time and we are located in a 1500 sq.ft. space.
We will finish our preparations, cleaning and compliance with state guidelines this week and begin welcoming you all back home on Tuesday, May 26th.

Here are the new safety measures we will be implementing to insure all of us can safely work, relax and spa til your heart's content.
Please familiarize yourself with these guidelines and help us keep our studio at the highest standard in the industry.
  • All guests will be asked to wash their hands with soap and water upon arrival.
  • Children will no longer be permitted in treatment rooms or waiting areas. Please make arrangements for childcare prior to your visit.
  • If you came with a friend or other adult accompanying you they will need to wait outside the studio during your service.
  • If you have symptoms of illness or have been exposed to or are caring for someone who is ill you will need to reschedule your appointment. Doing so will NOT result in a "no show" charge however, if you arrive and appear unwell you will be charged for the service scheduled and no service will be provided.
  • Only one client may be in each treatment room at a time.
  • NO clients may sit in waiting area/lobby at this time. If you arrive early for your appointment please wait in your car until someone comes to get you. You may text your therapist to let them know you have arrived if you'd like.
  • Bring your mask with you. You are strongly encouraged to wear a face covering when you are within six feet of another person. Please check with your individual therapist for additional safety instructions regarding face coverings.
  • All furniture and equipment must be sanitized and disinfected in between each client. We are scheduling additional space between appointments to do this. Wait for your therapist to come get you before entering the salon so that we may properly execute these steps.
  • Practice safe social distancing by staying at least six feet away from other customers and staff while you are visiting.
  • All testers and samples are currently unavailable. If you would like to sample a product, please ask your therapist for help.
  • Our coffee/tea bar is currently unavailable. Chilled bottled water will be available and your therapist will assist you.
  • If you have special health needs or concerns please speak directly with your therapist about this. We will make every possible effort to make our services available to you while keeping you as safe as possible.
I will begin calling to reschedule your appointments tomorrow. If you already have an appointment on the books, it is still there. If for any reason you are not ready to visit us, please call me and I will move your appointment out and offer the space to another client.

If times need to be adjusted to allow extra cleaning time, I will contact you.

If you have missed an appointment due to the closure I will begin calling in order of appointments scheduled beginning on the last day I worked (March 16th) and go in order to reschedule. This is the most fair way I know to go about this.

If you wish to schedule an appointment feel free to call. After all COVID-19 cancellations have been given an opportunity to reschedule, I will then start filling spaces with "new" appointments.

Please be patient with me during this next few weeks. I miss you ALL and I cannot wait to get each of you in for much needed care and attention. I will do my best to get you rescheduled and back in the studio as soon as possible.

THANK YOU ALL so much for your kindness and support during this most difficult last few months. You are each a blessing to me and I cannot wait to see you. We will continue to love and laugh our way through this together.

Love and hugs,
Kelly
