Successful sports teams make adequate preparation for the BIG game with one goal in mind, WIN THE GAME! However, you don’t know if you have won or not if you aren’t keeping score!

What does the score card look like for our Association of Churches?
Our 2020 vision has stated, “We see a day in 2020 when we will have 125 healthy, reproducing churches.”

What is the Score Right now? Are we accomplishing our goal? CLICK HERE to read more!

Who is Your One?

The North American Mission Board has created free resources to help your church deploy an evangelism strategy that is simple and reproducible in our churches. Simply, Who’s Your One? Is an effort to encourage church members to identify at least one person they know that needs Jesus and then pray and present the Gospel to your ONE! Download the resources by

Pastor’s Meet with GBMB State Executive Director
Emmanuel Community Church , led by Pastor Eric Suddith, hosted a lunch for our new Executive Director, Thomas Hammond. Pastor Tyrone Barnette of Peace Baptist Church and our Associational Missions Strategist were invited to attend. The focus of the luncheon was to speak into the restructuring of the Georgia Baptist Mission Board in regards to building strong relationships with African American Churches. We are grateful that the State Executive Director is listening to the needs on the field across Georgia!
Easter Sunrise Service

Over 4000 people turned out for the 75 th annual Easter Sunrise service at Stone mountain. Those who made it to the top of the mountain listened as Rev. Montell Jordan delivered a powerful message while those on the Laser Lawn were inspired by the words of Rev. Robert Mason.

College students share the gospel with Clarkston residents through RTN's hot chocolate ministry.
What Happens When Short-Term
Teams Partner-Up
Waking up at 5:00 AM everyday during your spring break does not meet the norm for any college student whose usual purpose for spring break is to sleep in and take a break from responsibility for a week. That is of course, unless you’re giving all of that up willingly to serve with Reach The Nations in sharing the gospel through a hot chocolate ministry to students and parents waiting for the school buses in Clarkston.

GSUN partners with The Great Exchange to minister to students.
The Great Exchange At GA State Newton

BCM Outreach has gone particularly well after a good spring semester with 13 students making professions of Christ this semester and 22 for the school year!  Thanks to Mansfield Baptist Church and their pastor, Jeff Perkins, for serving hamburgers and hot dogs at our Serve GSUN Day last Tuesday! They served around 350 students and we saw 10 students saved during that event and 40 Gospel presentations happening! Thanks to The Great Exchange ministry which came to our campus faithfully partnering with our students to share Christ there!
