Must! Charities continues to be data-driven in our investment approach and heart-driven in our people approach. 

  • 56% of young adults experience anxiety + depression
  • 48% of girls experience chronic sadness
  • Suicide is the 2nd largest form of death in ages 10-24

The Collaborative Contributors are currently vetting organizations that address these issues: analyzing data, discussing challenges, and learning from local experts. Using data-driven approaches to take care of the people in our community is core to our vision.

John and Amanda came to El Camino Homeless Organization, just needing a safe place to regroup. Within a short amount of time, they both had full time jobs. Then both got promoted to managerial positions!

They are now in their own home and they credit case managers for keeping them focused on their goals, but more importantly, for caring.

Sometimes it is that simple.

Since 2017, must! charities invested $1,065,460 into ECHO. This is BECAUSE OF YOU! While our project with ECHO ended, the ripple effect of your support continues to impact hundreds of lives.
AB 1267: BUCK A BOTTLE WIN

AB 1267, crafted by local Assemblymember Jordan Cunningham, will allow wineries and other alcoholic beverage manufacturers to advertise donations made to nonprofit organizations through the sale of alcohol.

Jason Haas is the main proprietor at Tablas Creek Vineyard in Paso Robles. He said the winery works with Must! Charities to donate a dollar of every bottle they sell in the month of December for community projects.

He said it is a good way for the winery to give back and make a difference.

“For an organization like Must! that really draws from this local community and this local industry, having something simple that a business or a winery can participate in is a really important piece of how they can get the funds to aggregate to make these transformational investments,” Haas said.
