Clay's Story

Before enrolling in Goodwill's GoodGRADS program, Clay was hopping from job to job and earning low pay. He felt like he wasn’t moving forward. He knew it was time to go back to school and he felt GoodGRADS was the program that would help him meet his goal.

Fast forward to February 2024 - Clay completed the program and earned his State of Illinois High School Diploma. His next goal is to pursue being a mechanic or contractor.

Clay states, “GoodGRADS is a really good program and the staff are very nice.”

Goodwill's GoodGRADS program provides free education services and case management for adults interested in attaining their high school diploma. Students at all levels are eligible.
