Hello ladies!

I wanted to share how I always seems to get "off track" with my goals for myself. I am a planner in life! I have a daily list and mark everything on my calendar. I have to mark everything down or I will forget, I do have to keep track of three schedules now since my son started pre-school, my husband needs help at work or I have doctor's appointments scheduled. Sometimes, my plans change, I seem to start focusing on other things, like my families needs first which means my goals get pushed to the side for now. At least, that's what I keep saying to myself, just for now, you can get back on track but sometimes it turns into weeks. My goals of working out, reading a book, running in the morning or just watching a movie that I would like to watch, never seems to happen!

I became more overwhelmed with the thoughts in my head and I started overdoing with cleaning the house, laundry, 3 meals a day for my family, activities for my son and helping my husband at his store, I thought this is not how I want to live or be an example to my son. So, I stop and tell myself, this is not how you want to be! I have taken action towards this behavior and switched it on myself by listening and dancing to music in the morning and at night with my son and sometimes my husband will join in with his breakdancing, it's pretty funny!

It really does change my mood and that feeling of overwhelmed with the household tasks or just getting dinner on the table, seems to go away. I highly recommend listening to music and dancing. I also made a promise to myself when I start to feel pressure to keep going for everyone else, stop and go for a walk outside, change my routine, change my moods! Do you feel the same sometimes?
