September 2025

Dear NEHEP Partners,

September is Healthy Aging Month, and we’re committed to raising awareness about the connection between aging and eye health. While older adults face a higher risk for eye diseases such as age-related macular degeneration (AMD), getting older doesn’t have to mean losing your vision.

We invite you to explore and share resources designed to support older adults—and those who care for them—in protecting and preserving their sight.

Best regards,

Kathryn DeMott
