Storm season ends, holiday season "storms" in!
We reviewed what we wrote this time last year and just can't say it much better so here are our (similar) thoughts again:
Many of us seize the long Thanksgiving weekend as the opportunity to get out the holiday décor, get the tree up and power shop for holiday gifts. Maybe you just relaxed with family and/or friends and enjoyed the cornucopia of football games. Regardless, the long weekend is always a welcome break from the “regular” frenzy and a chance to take a deep breath before the madness that is the holiday season and race to the end of the year.
We’re already looking forward to 2024 as we’ve been busy looking at areas for improvement. As always, we’ve been exploring and evaluating various options that we believe might provide enhancements to the experience of residents, vendors and of course, owners. More on that in 2024 as they unfold.
We just want to wish you a very joyous holiday season and know that we’ll be hard at work pulling improvements together.
You don't see us in the news. You won't see us on a TV commercial. You won't see us constantly on social media (we are a bit though). We just keep quietly showing up and working hard to deliver as much value to you as possible. We take it very seriously and know that it's a privilege. That's our holiday gift--having your trust & confidence to care for your asset.

Lastly, don’t forget that 1099’s will not be mailed this year—you will access them electronically via your portal. It will be critical that you have set up your portal by the end of the year. Should you need assistance doing so, email marketing.
