Homeowners Workshop

With current moratoriums coming to an end. Are you informed about your next steps?

A-1 Community Housing Services is holding monthly mortgage workshops to go over your next steps when existing your forbearance or applying for a modification. One-on-one counseling sessions are available in English and Spanish give us a call today!

All services are FREE of charge . If you are not ready for a counseling session and just need information give us a call we have a home retention toolkit available for homeowners.

E-Home Virtual First Time Homebuyer Certification

In partnership with eHome America, exceeding national industry standards, this course creates knowledgeable and default-resilient buyers ready for a lifetime of homeownership. Easily accessible through any device, you can learn the ins and outs by taking the course at your own pace. This course does have a $99 fee and is offered in English and Spanish.
