Sagicor’s Enhanced Portal Security

Sagicor continually monitors ways to improve account security. As part of this process, we are pleased to announce that we have further enhanced the security of your account. At this time, we are asking all current portal users to re-register their accounts. Once your account is re-registered, you will enjoy the benefits of enhanced security and continued access to these convenient, time-saving features:

  • View policy details, such as account values, premium payment history, beneficiary information and more.
  • Pay your premium with a credit or debit card, or by e-check, and set up Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for automated premium payments.
  • Update your banking information, address or email.
  • Chat with a member of our Client Services team who can help answer your questions.
  • Upload documents to our Client Services team to expedite the process (versus normal mail).

Please Note: If you have not previously registered for the Client Portal, you may do so now by following the steps below.

Re-registering your account is simple.


  1. Start by visiting the Client Portal at client.sagicor.com. Please note: if you already have an account, you will still click REGISTER.
  2. Next, enter your email address and a password. Your email address will be your new username associated with your account moving forward.
  3. Enter your basic information and then hit Register.
  4. Check your email to click the activation link from no-reply@sagicor.com. This will redirect you back to the portal where you will log in with your new account credentials.
  5. Complete your setup by adding your personal information so that we can finalize linking your account.
