DROP SHOTS STATE CHAMPIONSHIP

The first ever Drop Shots State Championship is scheduled for July 28th in Louisville.  Teams from Louisville, Lexington, Owensboro, and Somerset will compete for the title of the state's best.  Only players who played in local Drop Shots sessions are eligible to play but fall sessions will be beginning soon in each of those areas (and maybe others).   READ MORE  
ASHLAND TO HOST WOMEN'S PRO TENNIS TOURNAMENT IN JULY

Professional tennis once again returns to Ashland in July 22 - 29 as the city will host the Braidy Industries $60,000 USTA Pro Circuit Women's Tennis Classic to be played at the Ashland Tennis Center, with a potential spot in this year's U.S. Open on the line.   READ MORE

USTA Southern has opened registration for grant applications for the Build It Forward initiative. $500K has been made available to build or reconstruct tennis courts. There is no deadline, as funds will be available until exhausted.
