Mairi's Cookie Co. is back at the market for the first time this regular season and it's a BIG week! She'll have an exciting lineup of specialty cookies including Cinnamon roll, Almond croissant, Tiramisu, Chunky monkey, Lemon lavender, and The Bee's Knees (collaboration with Mill Creek Apiary). Mairi's take on the classic PB&J also joins the lineup. This rich peanut butter cookie is filled with homemade strawberry jam made using Specca Farms fresh Jersey strawberries!

This is the last week for Our Souls Shine's organic strawberry lemonades. She will be moving on with regular and pickle until blueberry season picks up. Stock up on those chagas and don't forget that they make a lovely mixed drink or mocktail for your holiday gatherings. Fun fact - Chagas are awesome as a chaga spritzer with seltzer.

We are still knee-deep into strawberry season and Stephen Specca Farms is still bringing a truckload to the market, along with their fresh asparagus.

Interstellar Farm returns early for a Saturday to showcase their own small batch variety of strawberries - always pesticide free.

Pinelands Produce Farm will have spring greens mix, lettuce mix, assorted microgreens, celery, kale, chard, assorted herbs, vegetable and flower plants, maybe hakurei turnips, daikon radish, rainbow carrots, chives, chive flowers, and of course some 'wacky' parsnips. As always, Pinelands Produce is a 'No Spray Zone'

Get your mozzarella, burrata and all your favorite sheep milk cheeses for that Memorial Day BBQ at Salt & Clover Sheep Farm!

Black Sheep Farm will have kale, spring mix, spring onions, radishes, tatsoi, asparagus, bok choy, sage, thyme, chives, starter plants and more heads of lettuce this week.

Cranberry Hall Farm is bringing lots of beef for everyone's holiday table. Fire up the grill for porterhouse steaks, T-bone, ribeye, sirloin, London broil, chip steak, ground beef and their famous mouth watering, flavorful 1/3 lb. hamburgers - 4 per pack special for the day $12 each pack or 2 for $20.00. Get them before they are all gone!!

Fernbrook Farms will have bunches of radishes, spinach, bunched herbs, butterhead and salanova mixed lettuce, squash blossoms, garlic scapes, bok choy, and mixed vegetable plants and potted herbs.

Peonies, Petals and Poseys is back with Miss America peonies as well as Mr. Ed peonies. They will have tomato sampler six packs, onion sampler six packs, Giant exhibition coleus and peanut 6 packs, gallon sized pumpkin spice peppers, gallon sized sugar rush peach peppers, and Marle sunflowers.

Homebody Farm has returned for the season with beautiful snapdragons, peonies and bachelor's buttons! Their veggies are ready, so pick up those just picked turnips, arugula, collard greens, and bibb lettuce.

Calling all local honey lovers! Did you know Mill Creek Apiary has apiaries all over South Jersey? They have bees on blueberry fields, cranberry bogs, and pine barren forests. They partner with local farms and organizations to put their bees where they're able to do what they do best: pollinate local plants and produce the best honey. The variety of locations produce honey that has a unique color, flavor profile and health benefits depending on the flower it was made with. They even have bees at the Ag Center! These bees help make their wildflower honey, producing local, raw and delicious honey. Come try their varietal honey this Saturday!

Greeting Spud Lovers!

This Saturday Humble Spud will be featuring The Big Paisano loaded potato, spicy pork meatballs in marinara sauce with mozzarella cheese in a fluffy baked potato, The Big Luv loaded potato with broccoli and cheese, and Sante Fe breakfast bakes. Of course, they will have Breakfast burritos, Pasties, Zucchini and potato Fritters, Buffalo chicken twice baked potatoes, and much more.
