No two jars of Wildflower Honey are exactly alike. Because Mill Creek Apiary's bees visit different flowers throughout the season, every harvest has its own unique flavor and color. Mill Creek simply strains the honey so that it retains all of its natural enzymes and pollen. Come visit them this Saturday to try their local, raw Wildflower Honey!

This week Is It Spicy? Sauce Co. has an unexpected surprise for their peach loving customers. They got their hands on fresh NJ peaches! This means Peach Pico de Gallo will make it's return to the market this week, along with guac, salsa Verde, and their shelf-stable sauces.

Stock up on your favorite BURNTBAR granola bars this weekend with an exclusive market deal: 10 bars for just $20!

Whether you need fuel for your weekly workouts or a quick, nutrient bite, they've got you covered. Here's what they're serving up:

Blueberry Lemon (Back by popular demand after selling out last weekend) Cinnamon, Orange, Rosemary & Peanut Butter.

Stop by their table early to grab your preferred mix before flavors sell out. See you at the market!

Stop by Cheese Etc. for some of the “ETC”. Did you know they make Jersey fresh jams? Well it’s all about peaches right now, and they got their hands on those Jersey peaches. So check out their Jersey Peach Jam and their Rosemary Peach Jam. It’s the perfect sweet and savory flavor combination. Take it to the breakfast table or try it as a dip for some grilled shrimp as the perfect summer appetizer.

Make every meal unforgettable with Art of Olive Oil's naturally infused olive oils. Perfect for grilling, marinating, roasting, sautéing, or simply dipping with fresh bread.

Their handcrafted, small-batch oils are packed with herbs and spices to give your food incredible flavor—without artificial ingredients.

Look for Hot Rod with crazy hot & bold heat,

Lubrication for the Soul with their signature Italian herb and garlic blend, and Bada-Bing! with nothing but tomato, basil & garlic goodness!

Stop by and sample all

of their flavors.

We celebrated all the Jersey melons that the market could hold last Saturday, and had fun with those watermelons, cantaloupes and honeydew.

Thanks to all who came out for the day.

We now look ahead to our next special day on

August 29th, when we celebrate a state treasure: the Extraordinary Jersey Tomato.

Mark your calendars!

Bart's Flowers returns on Saturday, while Homebody Farm will be back next week. Interstellar Farm will also be back next Saturday with those amazing strawberries.

We hope to see you on Saturday morning

as you continue to Support Local!

Mckaiden Farm returns on Saturday with their farm raised chickens - whole or cut up. Pick up some amazing jams, beautiful cherry and heirloom tomatoes and peppers while picking up your dinner for the week.

Pinelands Produce has such an assortment of produce for Saturday. They will have limited heads of lettuce, lettuce mixes and a multitude of microgreens. Look for their heirlooms, plum and cherry tomatoes, summer squash, cucumbers, sweet peppers, eggplants, red white and blue potatoes, string beans, limited orange carrots and basil. There have been a few customers asking about wild purslane. They now have some really nice purslane, and a whole lot of it too. As always, Pinelands Produce is a No-Spray Zone.

A sea of tomatoes has always been such a welcomed sight at James Durr Farm during the height of every summer. Stop by for that sea under the big tent.

Fernbrook Farms will be on the walkway with their bounty of produce. Look for eggplant, bell peppers,

hot peppers, heirloom and cherry tomatoes, beets,

garlic, onions, scallions, fennel, Bok choy, cabbage, cucumbers, fresh herbs and seeded watermelon.

When you stop by for Cherry Grove Farm's award-winning farmstead cheese, grass-fed beef and whey-fed pork, ask about their very light and refreshing Gazpacho. It is made entirely from produce from Cherry Grove Organics, which marinates overnight in extra virgin olive oil and a little sherry vinegar. Some staff members like to drink it like a smoothie for breakfast!

Another favorite is their Potato Leek Soup, a real staff favorite! This is made with local potatoes, leeks, and brightened up with just enough tangy buttermilk. It is excellent served with ham or pork chops.

This Saturday Humble Spud will be featuring The Slippery Pig, BBQ pulled pork in a potato bun with spicy slaw and pickled onions, The Aloo Tikka Burger, a crispy potato patty with Indian spices in a potato bun with spicy mayo, sliced tomatoes and pickled red onions, and The Hot to Trot loaded potato, bbq pulled pork with sour cream, cheese, scallions and jalapeno in a fluffy baked potato.

Of course they will have Breakfast burritos, Pasties, Grecian breakfast bakes, Postadas, Humble souffles, and much more! Frozen entrees include Humble Pie (their version of Shepherd's pie with short rib of beef), Curried Butternut Squash soup and Moroccan Lamb Stew.

UN-WASTE helps families reduce waste at home through convenient food waste recycling and easy-to-use Zero Waste Bags. Their curbside food scrap collection accepts fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy, bones, coffee grounds, and more - keeping food waste out of landfills while helping to reduce odors and pests at home. Their Zero Waste Bags make it possible to recycle items that typically can't go in curbside recycling, including chip bags, snack wrappers, candy wrappers, plastic packaging, and other hard-to-recycle plastics. They also offer specialty bags for worn-out clothing, shoes, beauty and personal care packaging, and many other everyday items that can no longer be donated or recycled through traditional programs. Together, these services make it simple to dramatically reduce the amount of waste your household sends to the landfill.

Un-Waste is new to the market, but you can find them at the main entrance walkway each 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month.
