Camp H.O.P.E.

Summer is almost here and it’s time again for CAMP H.O.P.E.!!

Camp H.O.P.E. works to provide academic and social learning experiences in a nurturing, loving environment. Fields trips, projects, and structured play activities are combined to highlight ways learning occurs in all aspects of our environment.

Thanks to generous donors and sponsors, camp is FREE to all Lincoln Heights Elementary and Lockland Local Schools students. Students not in the two districts may still qualify for sponsorship, a voucher, or reduce rates. Other slots are $70 weekly rate and $150 weekly for 2 children. Each additional Child is $25.00.

Adult Day Services

The Adult Day Services Program is open and accepting new clients. All medical insurance options are available. Bring your loved one to our center, where they can receive the care and attention they deserve and need. We also provide non-medical transportation trip requests to and from. Come see our state-of-the-art facility and spend the day with us Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm.

Reds "Community Makeover"

The Cincinnati Reds, P&G, the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and General Electric have selected the Village of Lincoln Heights for the 2022 Community Makeover. Now in its 13th year, the annual Community Makeover brings together some of Cincinnati’s oldest and most iconic institutions with local community partners to make a transformative and sustainable impact on a Greater Cincinnati neighborhood.

Lincoln Heights is implementing a six-point strategic plan to address economic development, infrastructure, operations, safety, stakeholder relationships and communications. The Makeover fits perfectly with this strategy and will feature six project sites within the village, including LHOI. Preliminary work will begin in the spring, and will culminate on August 4 when more than 400 volunteers will join Lincoln Heights residents and community leaders for the day-long service project. We can't wait for all the new renovations coming our way!

Now Accepting Donations

We are currently accepting donations for the Summer H.O.P.E  program, the Adult Day Service and Clothing Closet. Donation needs include, but are not limited to:

• Healthy and nutritious snacks
• Board games, cards and puzzles for the Adult Day Services
• Spring and summer clothing items and laundry detergent for the Clothing Closet

Cash donations are also accepted. Donations can be dropped off at LHOI on Thursdays from 9:30am - 1:30pm. All contributions make a difference in helping us serve the community.

Congratulations!

We would like to take a moment to congratulate LHOI Board Member, Tracey Artis, on being one of the 2022 Honorees of the Inaugural Cincinnati NAACP WIN Women’s Empowerment Luncheon. Tracey was honored with the Marian Spencer Outstretched Hands Award for her outstanding dedication to the Cincinnati community. Congratulations, Tracey!
