At your new community, unload your belongings and relocate any vehicle (s).

STEP 3:

MOVE-IN

Set up your space and begin settling into your new home!

Check-in will be at the Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum (LJVM, aka the Joel) at 2825 University Parkway, Winston-Salem, NC 27105. 

Check-in will be available

• Thursday, August 22, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• Friday, August 23, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Saturday, August 24, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

If you will be arriving after 4 p.m., please submit this late arrival form.

Parking is available in the Pepsi Parking Lot of LJVM. 

Your Deacon OneCard is required for check-in and to access your residential community. If you need a replacement, the Deacon One staff will be in Angelou Hall- Suite 001

As a reminder, pets are not allowed in the residence halls. The only allowed animals are service animals or approved emotional support animals for students.
