This is the 11th in a series of newsletters to introduce you to a number of Navy SEALs, Marine Raiders, and other special operators with whom I have done pro bono coaching through the Honor Foundation, an organization dedicated to helping them transition from the military to the civilian workforce. If you have any initiatives to increase your military hiring, this is a must see.
Today I'd like to
introduce you to Marine Helicopter Aviator Russell Hromadka. Russell transitions in the Fall, 2018 and is a helicopter aviator and liaison to Marine Raiders, supporting their operational and aviation equipment and supply needs. This role requires a broad knowledge of not only Marine inventories and logistics, but also other military branches to source and acquire supplies and equipment during critical missions with tight deadlines. Additionally, he not only acts a "real time" radio communication coordinator to convey directives during dangerous missions, but he also trains Marine Raiders to do the same, in order to insure the effectiveness their missions.
