If you're a primary caregiver...

...you have likely experienced caregiver burnout and may not even realize it!

November is National Family Caregivers Month and in this issue we both celebrate and provide resources to all of the selfless family caregivers. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 1 in 4 women and are family caregivers as well as 1 in 5 men. Caregiving can take a toll on one's emotional, mental and physical health and studies show that almost 60% of caregivers experience caregiver burnout.

ABC & SeniorCare Celebrate Seniors and Cape Ann Volunteers

SeniorCare hosted their 51st Annual Celebration Dinner on November 8, 2023 and ABC was proud to be the Presenting Sponsor.

It was an inspiring celebration for the incredible volunteers who help to make critical community programs and elder resources possible.
