Now that it's official, let's get you started with some of the most important banking features. Below, you will find instructions on activating your new Dieterich Bank debit card, logging into Dieterich Bank's Online Banking platform for the first time, downloading Dieterich Bank's Mobile App, enrolling in eStatements, and how to use Telebanking.

REMINDER: Update your routing number on any direct deposits or auto debits. Dieterich Bank’s Routing Number is 081212574. You will need to update your routing number on any direct deposits or auto debits made by your employer, vendors, or service providers. Your current account number will remain the same. 
Debit Card Details:
You may now activate and use your Dieterich Bank Debit Cards by calling (844) 846-7856. If you need to change your PIN after activation, you can call the number on your card, use an ATM or visit your local branch to change your card’s PIN.
REMINDER: Your First Bank Debit Card is no longer active.

Instant Issue Debit Cards:
All Dieterich Bank locations offer Instant Issue debit cards, which means you can stop by any branch to pick up a new card immediately if yours is ever damaged, lost, or stolen. No more waiting for a week to have a new one arrive in the mail!

Mobile Wallet:
Any Dieterich Bank debit and credit cards can now be added to your Mobile Wallet.
How to login to Dieterich Bank's Online Banking for the first time:
2) Click the green Login button in the upper, right-hand corner of the homepage.
3) Unless you have received a letter and email stating otherwise, use the information below to login for the first time:
  • Username: Your username will remain the same as your First Bank username.
  • Password: The password will be the last 4 digits of the Social Security Number of the account owner's online banking profile. Business profiles will use the last 4 digits of their Tax Identification Number.
4) Click Login to continue. 

Dieterich Bank's Mobile App:
Once you have logged into Dieterich Bank's Online Banking Platform using the instructions above, you can download our mobile app to take advantage of secure, 24/7 banking at your fingertips! Our app allows you to check balances, transfer money, pay bills, deposit checks, or manage cards all from your smartphone or computer! Learn More

Enroll your accounts in Mobile Check Deposit:
Log into Dieterich Bank's Mobile App and follow these steps: 
  1. Select Deposit Check from the navigation bar (3 horizontal lines in the upper left-hand corner of the screen).
  2. Select Accounts on the right-hand side.
  3. Select + Enroll Account.
  4. Tap all accounts that you would like to enroll in Mobile Check Deposit, and select Enroll. You will receive a confirmation screen. At this time, our Customer Care Team will review your request, which could take up to 1 business day.  
Save on paper statement fees by making sure your accounts are enrolled in eStatements.
Receive your monthly statements electronically and access them anytime you need them. You’ll receive eStatements sooner than regularly mailed statements, without having to worry about them being delivered to the wrong home or mailbox theft. Plus, you can assign additional people, such as your accountant, to receive your digital statements.

How to enroll in eStatements:
We have 2 easy ways to enroll: 
Online Enrollment:
  1. After you sign in to Online Banking, go to the eDocuments tab at the top of the Online Banking screen.
  2. Click Enrollment on the top menu. This screen will give you the option to check the box to enroll “All available documents for all active accounts” or check the box next to the specific account(s) that you would like to enroll in eStatements.
  3. Complete the additional information requested
Mobile App Enrollment:
  1. From your dashboard, click on your account name.
  2. Select “Documents.”
  3. Select “Sign Up/Changes.”
  4. Follow the prompts.
*Please Note: You must already have an Online Banking Account to use our Mobile App.
How to access Dieterich Bank's Telebanking Services:
Telebanking, or banking by telephone, is available toll-free, 24/7 at 1(877) 245-2265. Enrollment instructions for access:
  1. Call 1(877) 245-2265
  2. Enter in your account number
  3. Enter in your SSN
  4. Establish your PIN as prompted
  5. Select from the menu
