Thin skinned and low seeds like a grocery store English cucumber but SO, SO much more flavorful and juicier! And best of all they're fresh from the field and NOT wrapped in a plastic sleeve! Cabbage Throw Farm has finally begun their first picking of tomatoes! In limited supply, heirloom and cherry tomatoes will be available this weekend. This seasons onion crop continues to cure nicely and pairs with any seasonal dish. Summer crops available this weekend include green beans, cucumbers, patty pan zucchini, eggplant, various peppers, EDAMAME, and lots of extra sunny sunflowers. Additional produce includes red, green and napa cabbage, carrots, beets, kohlrabi, fennel, chard, basil, garlic, and Comeback Farm organic peaches!

The sweet corn trifecta is here! Pick your favorite - white, yellow, or bicolor, and try Ina Garten's Fresh Corn Salad recipe. Simple and delish (the fresh basil makes it!).

Phillips Farms will be at peak season with juicy sweet Jersey peaches just in time for Peach Day!  Their Yellow Freestone peaches are here, and they pull easy off the pit, making it a breeze for canning, making jam and baking into pies. Phillips Farms will also celebrate Peach Day with White Peaches, Donut Peaches, White Nectarines and Yellow Nectarines. Other farm favorites this week include Watermelon, Cantaloupe, Blackberries, Blueberries, Sweet Corn, Field-Grown Tomatoes, Zucchini, Radish, Scallions, Cucumbers, Green Beans, Eggplant, Peppers, Kale, Lettuce, Bok Choy, Carrots, Beets, Fresh Herbs and more.

While Holy Cow Farm may not have fruit for sale, they will have beautiful peachy dahlias to feed your soul. In fact, for the first time this season, the market bouquets will feature dahlias alongside all of the other bright and cheerful summer blooms. Peach pie is one of Tombler's specialties! Look for old-fashioned peach crumb, peach lattice and and peach galettes. They will also have plenty of pasties, shoofly pie, pizza crusts and pierogi.

Mia & Maddie's is just peachy this weekend! Look for peach buckle crumb cake, peach cobbler cake slices, peach/raspberry cupcakes, peach hand pies and Eileen's famous peach pies!

Make sure to come with an appetite this Saturday because they will be selling limited ready-to-eat Peach Cobbler and Peaches Bourbon and Cream Strudels!! They are only bringing a few so once they are gone, that's it!

But don't worry, they always come prepared! Mattie's will also be selling their take and bake frozen strudels so you can enjoy your Peach Strudels at home too.
