It's Self-Care Sunday!

It's easy to get lost in the "hustle-n-bustle" of the week.  There are the "should's, need-to's, and have-to's" that need your attention.  But for today, Sunday, take a moment to do something nice for yourself to relax, rejuvenate, and re-energize.

Your Self-Care Tip:  
Slow Down.  Take a moment to relax today, to slow down. No rushing around, trying to pack everything into your to-do lists. Your week is busy as it is. You need to take a day (an afternoon at least) to slow down and de-stress. How do you do this? Take a deep breath, stretch, take a walk, sit and listen to some calming music, read, take a nap, etc. Anything to slow your heart rate and mind. Remember, it doesn't have to be complicated!

Now, go do it!
