It's Self-Care Sunday!

It's easy to get lost in the "hustle-n-bustle" of the week.  There are the "should's, need-to's, and have-to's" that need your attention.  But for today, Sunday, take a moment to do something nice for yourself to relax, rejuvenate, and re-energize.

Your Self-Care Tip:  
Celebrate the Season.  The days are getting cooler (finally). Do a "Fall activity" (or two) today. Get a pumpkin to carve, decorate your house/apartment with Fall (or Halloween) decor, watch/play football with a bunch of friends, cook a "harvest" meal or dish (anything with pumpkin will work), take a nature walk, etc. Enjoy the season!
