It's Self-Care Sunday!

It's easy to get lost in the "hustle-n-bustle" of the week.  There are the "should's, need-to's, and have-to's" that need your attention.  But for today, Sunday, take a moment to do something nice for yourself to relax, rejuvenate, and re-energize.

Your Self-Care Tip:  
Bust a gut laughing!  Did you know that having a sense of humor or having a good belly laugh at least once a day is said to have health benefits?  At the very least, it relieves stress.  To create opportunities for laughter:  Read a book of jokes, watch comedians on YouTube, or watch your favorite sitcoms.  And, by all means, laugh out loud!

Now, go do it!
