Technique Workshop

This technique was created to combat four systemic constants in our lives:  stress, toxicity, inflammation and homeostasis.
  
Anyone can learn and share the benefits of the AromaTouch Technique! The technique enables the body to balance and promote faster healing for both the practitioner and the recipient.  
  
The training cost is $150 which includes a kit of the 8 oils, a DVD of the technique and presentation pamphlet. The 8 oils individually have many other uses. Lunch will also be provided.

Essential Oil of the Month
Peppermint

This oil is amazing - it gives you over 200 solutions you can carry with you wherever you go! And one drop of peppermint oil is equal to 28 cups of peppermint tea!  It's anti-bacterial, good for fever, sore throats, headaches, the flu, vomiting, hot flashes, congestion, and much more! 

 

After a class or before a workout you can put this oil in your water and ingest it to energize/wake you up faster than the side effects of a 5-hour energy or Red Bull drink.

   

Try this Recipe using peppermint oil - delicious!
Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Peppermint Brownie

5 min to prepare
 
50 min to bake

Yummy and delicious!

Packed with fiber, protein, and natural medicine!

You will need:
  • one box brownie mix
  • one can 15oz black beans
  • 1-2 drops DoTerra Peppermint oil

Drain and rinse beans.
Place back in can, then fill can with water and 1-2 drops peppermint depending on how much you like peppermint:) Dump contents of can in blender or food processor and puree.
In a mixing bowl, mix together dry brownie mix with pureed beans.
Pour in pan prepared per back of brownie mix.
Be sure the mix is poured in evenly, because of the thickness of the batter it will not level out during baking.
Bake in oven according to directions on brownie mix.
You may need to bake a little longer to cook it through.

Makes 16 servings.

Julie G. has been working with Michele and the Infrastructure Institute since February 2011. 
  
She initially sought help for a  trigger finger and neck pain, but soon found spiraling improved her overall health and fitness and helped to repair old habits and damage from a 1998 car accident.  Julie says,
  
"I try to be consistent in practicing my fundamentals at home, and I also attend regular classes to keep me mindful of my spiraling habits.  The small class sizes mean I get lots of personal attention.  It's fun to practice with other students and see their progress."
