It's time for President Trump to hear directly from you. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration needs to recognize that all tobacco products are not created equal. A one-size-fits-all approach to tobacco regulation just does not work.
The industry has done its part. On July 25, 2018, CRA and other industry partners filed over 500 pages of information proving that premium handmade cigars do not have adverse implications on public health. These pages, were based upon sound scientific information and studies on the lack of inhalation, mortality, addiction, and youth access.
The time to act is now!
Since 2011 over 330 members of the U.S. House of Representatives and over 30 members of the U.S. Senate have made the case for a premium cigar exemption, including 78 current members of the U.S. House of Representatives and 15 of the U.S. Senate.
Now the President must hear from you!
