TPMG James River Pediatrics is growing and pleased to welcome their newest team member, Paula Pittinger, FNP-C.
Paula has nearly 20 years of experience in medicine. Prior to joining TPMG, she served 16 years in emergency medicine and gastroenterology. As a provider, she strives to ensure that patients and their family members are well educated on their treatment plan. A firm believer in health promotion and disease prevention, Paula emphasizes patience and effective communication, especially while managing younger patients.

TPMG Williamsburg Urology welcomes Rosemary Slutsky, FNP-C to the practice.
As a board certified family nurse practitioner, Rosemary is committed to providing compassionate and considerate care to patients. She firmly believes in fostering strong relationships between healthcare providers and patients, and she works diligently to develop a personalized care plan that aligns with their specific health goals. Rosemary specializes in treating a wide variety of urologic conditions, including urinary tract infections, kidney stones, prostate and bladder disorders, and female urinary incontinence among others.

Introducing Aquablation - a New Therapy for BPH | |
Advancing care for patients is paramount to TPMG urologists, Eric C. Darby, MD, FACS, and Ifeanyi J. Ani, MD. Most recently the two surgeons have introduced a new minimally invasive BioRobotics Aquablation therapy to the practice to help patients suffering from BPH. Having completed many procedures, Dr. Ani and Dr. Darby are the only two urologists within a 150-mile radius to be trained on this specific procedure.

Unlike traditional therapies, Aquablation therapy is the only advanced, minimally invasive procedure which uses a heat-free waterjet controlled by robotic technology to remove prostate tissue. It can be performed on prostates of all shapes and sizes and uses real-time ultrasound imaging, giving the surgeon a higher degree of precision while removing excess prostate tissue. Other surgeries only use a camera, which can limit the surgeon’s ability to see.

Be Intentional - Knowing the motivation behind your fitness goals will not only push you to succeed but can also determine exactly how you achieve your goal.

Put it in Writing - Writing down your goals can have an impact on their success, cementing their place in your plans and clarifying exactly what you want to achieve.

Create Accountability - Find a friend or a family member who can help keep you accountable for the goals you set. Often times a friendly check-in can be the only push we need to see our goals through to completion.

Focusing on ADHD Diagnosis and Treatment
