2022 Food Drive

Erin treats patients of all ages for a variety of acute and chronic conditions including preventative care, weight management and counseling, diabetes, UTIs, upper respiratory infections, hypertension, wound/skin care, high cholesterol, anemia, and pap smears. With a special medical interest in nutrition, Erin is especially concerned with the way proper nutrition can act as a preventative measure for a variety of chronic conditions. In addition, she advocates for her patients of advanced age, understanding the importance of independence and remaining in the comfort of their own homes. Erin belongs to the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

Caitlyn treats young adults to seniors for a variety of acute and chronic conditions, including acute sinusitis, UTIs, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, GERD, anxiety, and depression. As a provider, she believes comprehensive health care involves holistically caring for and treating patients. This philosophy of care considers the individual's physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual strengths and challenges when developing a course of treatment. She has a special medical interest in different forms of preventative medicine, women’s health, mental health, nutrition, and dermatology. Caitlyn is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners (VCNP).

Abby's first priority as a provider is to be an active listener, ensuring her patients feel their concerns are heard. She encourages her patients to play an active role in the healthcare process, believing that those who are actively involved in their healthcare achieve better outcomes. Abby treats young adults to those of advanced age for a variety of chronic and acute conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, UTIs, STDs, GERD, anxiety, depression, acute illnesses (pneumonia, sinusitis, etc.), osteoarthritis, tendonitis, and more. She has a special interest in preventative medicine, mental health, orthopedics, nutrition, and women’s health.

2022 Holiday Door Decorating Contest
Walk through any TPMG building and it's obvious that the holidays are upon us! Many of our offices are participating in this year's Holiday Door Decorating Contest. Our volunteer judges will evaluate each door based on creativity, visual impact, and craftsmanship. Judging will take place from Monday, December 12 and Tuesday, December 13.
Which TPMG practice will win the Champions traveling trophy?! The winners will be announced on December 14!

During Lynchburg's recent Homecoming, Dr. Sinclair B. McCracken of TPMG Thimble Shoals Family Medicine was the recipient of the 2022 T. Gibson Hobbs Memorial Award on behalf of the Lynchburg Alumni Association!
This most prestigious award is given to an individual who demonstrates an exemplary record of service in each of the following three areas: church, community, and service to alma mater. Congratulations Dr. McCracken!

Congratulations to Nana Winbush, PMHNP-BC of TPMG Behavioral Health in Newport News, who completed a trip to Ghana in August/September with the Association of Ghanaian Advanced Practice Nurses Abroad!
She worked in remote villages in Ghana, West Africa to provide healthcare screening for MH/BH, HTN, DM, Dental, Malaria Screening. Way to go, Nana!
