Urgent Messages About the MA Clean Heat Standard

This past November, MassDEP released a draft framework of the Clean Heat Standard. In this update, our President Chris Chase sheds light on the outrageous fines that Bioheat® fuel providers will be subjected to, and estimates what the cost will be for the average MA Bioheat® fuel customer if the policy is enacted.
