A Message from Our CEO
Dear Team KYC,
 
Now is the time to celebrate your teammates who make big things happen - and to reward them with some big incentives!
 
What if you could hand your teammate an extra $800? Or perhaps an extra day of PTO? Oh wait - YOU CAN! For a short while longer, we'll be accepting nominations for both our 4th Quarter Mission Award (nominations due June 17th) and our Teammates of the Year Award (nominations due June 30th). Both of these awards are in YOUR hands, which is something I admire about these recognition programs. YOU make the nominations! Any staff member can nominate any other staff person to be recognized for their outstanding achievements.
 
Do you know someone who has gone above and beyond all quarter or all year? Is there someone you've nominated for a Together We Thrive Award that might deserve even more celebration? Do you have several team members in mind right now who meet both of those criteria!? Then it sounds like you've got some nominating to do!
 
I know we're all busy doing great work; and being a great teammate is part of our work, too. I encourage you to set aside 15 minutes sometime in the coming days to carefully read through the award information included below. If you know someone who should be lifted up, take that time to submit your nomination, and recognize your teammates who deserve all of our gratitude.

Click here to nominate your Teammate of the Year! Nominations must be submitted by June 30th. Winners will be announced at the July 12th All Staff Meeting.
Each quarter we will celebrate a tenant of the KYC Core by nominating staff that exemplify the attitudes and actions described in the featured tenant. Fourth quarter nominations may be for any tenant - make your nomination here!

Mission Award nominations must be submitted by June 17th and winners will be selected by the Employee Recognition Committee and Leadership. Winners receive a day of paid time off (PTO)! View an overview of the Mission Award here.
