It's Time to Register for the 2021 Hybrid Spring Forum!
Registration for the 2021 Family Medicine Spring Forum is now open! The meeting is scheduled for April 16-18, 2021, at the Hilton Bonnet Creek in Orlando, FL, and will be held as a hybrid event, combining a traditional in-person meeting with a virtual platform via live streaming.

As an attendee, you will have the following options:
  1. Virtual Attendance: Attend the meeting remote from the comfort of your own space (e.g., home/office).
  2. In-Person Attendance: Attend the meeting by going to Hilton Bonnet Creek Hotel and be physically present to participate in the educational sessions (limited to the first 250 registrants for safety reasons).
 
Educational content and available live CME credits will be exactly the same for both virtual and in-person attendees.

Virtual ABFM KSA Study Group
There will be no KSAs in association with the 2021 Spring meeting. A stand-alone Virtual KSA Study Group (Hypertension) will be offered on March 11, 2021 from 6:30-9:00 pm EST. CLICK HERE for registration.
**Please note, the Family Medicine Summer Forum 2021 will only be offered virtually as the Boca Raton Resort canceled the FAFP's Summer contract due to the circumstances surrounding COVID-19. Specifically, the hotel has decided to renovate the property due to local restrictions and cannot accommodate the FAFP's meeting space and rooming needs. The program will return to the Boca Raton Resort next year.
