ABC Companies Zero Emissions Tour in Full Swing throughout North America and They Expand Their Team
|
|
GNJMA Platinum Sponsor ABC Companies is conducting a North American demo tour of its industry leading 100% battery electric Van Hool motorcoach models along with several zero emission cutaway shuttle vehicles. These electric vehicles showcase the potential for transporting 12 to 69 passengers completely emissions free. The tours industry leading Van Hool TDX25E Double Deck 69-passenger motorcoach, and the CX45E 52-passenger coach utilize Proterra battery systems and are capable of ranges well over 250 miles per charge. Yankee Line Partners With USGA and MCI |
|
Yankee Line, a luxury bus and motorcoach operator based in Boston and ground transportation provider for the 2022 US Open, announced its partnership with the 2022 US Open and GNJMA Platinum Sponsor Motor Coach Industries (MCI) to operate the first zero-emission electric motorcoach for attendee shuttle service.
The zero-emission motor coach provided shuttle service between Forest Hills MBTA Station and The Country Club from June 16-19, assisting with transportation for the nearly 30,000 attendees per day. Read the press release.

Trans-Bridge Receives Best in Show Designation |
|
Trans-Bridge Lines attended the Antique Automobile Club of America / Museum of Bus Transportation Spring Fling held June 3 and 4 in Hershey. The company’s 2016 Prevost H3 motorcoach, Bus 126, was honored with a “Best in Show” award during the event.
“While attending the event, participating buses get a registration number for their class. Trans-Bridge Lines class was ‘Modern Seated Coaches,’ said Brendan Stanczyk, Safety and Training Supervisor who attended the event as a representative. “I saw a lot of people writing down our show registration number after seeing the coach. I truly felt we had a winning edge in this class with Bus 126, and was really pleased with all the compliments from attendees who looked and walked through the coach. It was a treat to interact with bus enthusiasts and the general public, some of whom have never been up close with a motorcoach. I had the opportunity to talk to them about the coach and what we do at our company.” Read the press release.
