Action Needed on H.R. 7477 to Exempt Taxes on CERTS Funding
This is a another call for action for all Pennsylvania CERTS recipients: we need your help to add more Pennsylvania Representatives as co-sponsors of H.R. 7477, a bill to make the CERTS grants non- taxable. We have only 7 of the 18 PA House reps signed on as co-sponsors of this bill.
If you have already done outreach to your Representative, we urge you to do so again if he/she has not co-sponsored yet.
Attached is a list of cosponsors to date, with the PA reps highlighted. Beyond these folks, we need the remainder of the delegation, and especially Reps. Evans, Boyle and Smucker. Read the Member Alert and Take Action!.

2023 PBA Marketplace Registration Is Open!
2023 Marketplace registration is open for Exhibitors and Operators!
The 2023 Marketplace will be hosted by Pennsylvania's Americana Region at the Holiday Inn in Morgantown in Morgantown, PA on Tuesday, March 28. The seminar, reception and setup will occur the day before, Monday March 27.
Visit the Marketplace webpage for all the details and register!
Showcase your destination by hosting a FAM Tour for the Group Leaders after Marketplace.
Don't know what a FAM is? FAM stands for “familiarization” tour. It is bringing people (in this case, group leaders, travel planners and tour operators) to experience what your region, city or attraction has to offer first-hand. When you offer a FAM, you also receive a free half-page color ad in the directory.
FAM Tour offerings need to be submitted by 12/31/2022. We compile a listing and send it to our registered operators. Check out the FAM opportunities received to date! Click here to complete the form to offer a FAM. For offering a FAM, you will receive a free half-page color ad in the Marketplace directory.
