It's a Blue
Blue World

If you're a blues fan, this is the weekend you've been waiting for all summer.

And it starts on Thursday night, with t he legendary soul-blues rocker, Tommy Castro and his Pain Killers!
It's a FREE show in the park in Norwich.

Norwich is the place to be on Friday too, for another FREE show -  this time featuring Rick Estrin and the Nightcats and Chicago blues guitar icon, Joanna Connor.

On Saturday, it's the 27th annual Chenango Blues Fest at the Fairgrounds.  The line up is one of their strongest yet, with 10 top-tier artists including Johnny Sansone,  Joe Louis Walker, Lurie Bell, Mississippi Heat, Tab Benoit, and the pride of Canada, the Downchild Blues Band!

And there's more...
For some of the best local soul blues, you'll want to check out John Scarpulla at Mel's in Cooperstown on Friday night.

Bluesman, Mike Herman will be at the West End Garage Sale in Oneonta during the day on Saturday.

If you're in Milford on Saturday night, the Cooperstown Blues Express has Hanzolo.

And if blue is your preferred color for grass, you'll want to check out Town Mountain at the West Kortright Centre.
Still not enough blues?
Well, we do a blues show, too.
If you'd like, you can listen to this week's episode by clicking here.

It's a blue blue world.
And we love it!

Hope you do, too.
And you have yourselves a rockin' weekend!

We'll see you back here next Thursday.
