Brooke Hawkins, Marriage Support Network Director

Social media can be a great tool but when it comes to marriage, it could lead to dissension; this is especially true when you and your spouse are on the outs. Others on social media platforms are not your therapist and their opinions, while well meaning, could cause more harm than good. Leave the drama off of the Web.

COVID-19 Facts.....What Parents Need to Know
  • There is currently no evidence that any vaccines, including COVID-19 vaccines, cause fertility problems. In August 2021, the FDA granted full approval to the Pfizer vaccine (Comirnaty) and confirmed there is no scientific evidence to suggest that the vaccine could cause infertility. As with all vaccines, medical experts are studying COVID-19 vaccines carefully for side effects.
  • Given what we know about the Delta variant, experts recommend having your child wear a mask to help protect them. Your child should wear a mask regardless of their vaccination status or the level of transmission in your area and where required by laws, rules, regulations, or local guidance. CDC is continuing to update guidelines as more information becomes available, so please visit their website for the latest information.
